DPF and DOC Cleaning

Advantages:

-Edge-to-edge cleaning. The water and cleaning solution penetrates the entire filter, getting rid of the built-up soot and ash. 

-Traditional methods of cleaning burn off the residual soot and ash through high heat, damaging the metals due to the rate of expansion, getting maybe 1-3 cleanings out of the filter before a replacement is needed. Water-based cleaning uses a high volume/low-pressure method, allowing for superior results and unlimited cleanings.

-Non-destructive process prolongs the filter's lifespan, saving money on costly replacements.

-Water-based cleaning returns the filter to OE standards, whereas traditional methods only get the filters to approximately 70% of the original airflow.

-Traditional methods require at least 24 hours from start to finish, where we are able to provide a same-day turnaround.*
